Project Description
The project involves providing design and engineering services for the preparation of final right-of-way and construction plans for the widening of the existing 2-lane roadway to a five-lane section of roadway. The total project length is 1.85 miles of Clemson Road from 615ft southeast of Old Clemson Road to 1300ft northeast of Sparkleberry Crossing with bicycle and pedestrian accommodations as well as intersection improvements at Earth Road.
